  if i upgrade to a personal plan, is the domain name similar to what it is currently? Will readers be redirected to the new domain?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You will have the option of getting a new domain name that does not end with .wordpress.com.

  If you choose to get a new domain name, your readers who visit alsandmeblog.wordpress.com will be automatically redirected to the new domain.
  If you choose not to get a new domain name, your name will remain as it is now.
