Upgrade to Personal Plan

  I would like to upgrade my site to a personal plan, but when I go to the screen to make a selection, it does not allow that as an option. It will only allow me to pick Business or eCommerce, which is more site then I currently need. How do I upgrade the site to the personal plan?

  Hey there, it seems your site had a Business Plan at some point, and was not properly downgraded.

  Downgrading will remove any third party themes or plugins you’ve added. You may also lose other changes and content you’ve made since adding them. Can you confirm this is fine with you?

  Also, I recommend exporting your content and media first, just in case you need to add it again.
