  hello i am planning to upgrade my site to personal plan but when I want to see the pricing no plan lists only free and pro. it’s weird because when i want to make website few weeks ago there’s many plan pricing options here. but now it’s gone. is there any bug ?

  No there is no bug. WordPress.com reduced all paid plans to just 1 plan: WordPress Pro.
