  What is the discounted price for Personal plan? I currently have a free website and would like to move to personal plan. I have a domain name that i have purchased from a third party.

  If you already own a domain name that you want to connect to your WordPressdotcom site, that is included in the plans in lieu of registering a new domain. Here’s more on domain mapping: https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/

  A small query. I want to upgrade to Personal plan from free plan. How to add a domain name in personal plan instead of premium plan

  If it is defaulting to the Premium plan, purchase the Personal plan first before the domain mapping.
