  There is a web site leecountyhomeless.org that was developed using WordPress, and I am trying to take over development and maintenance. I have all of the php files. I think I need premium to do this. What do you think?

  The site at leecountyhomeless.org is not currently hosted on WordPress.com. You’re welcome to migrate it over, but as it stands right now, we have nothing to do with that site and purchasing an upgrade with us would not assist you in accessing or modifying that site.
