  I need to upgrade my blog to premium version because I have filled all the space… can I at the same time change the theme, and if I can, do I only pay for premium version or I have to pay for the new theme too?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Dear Sirs, I am the author of blog Sunday playground. For the last two months on my American express account I have receipt for 30 $ from WordPress. I kindly ask you to explain why I have to pay for this 30$? I did an upgrade of blog to a premium version in May. Is that why you send me this receipts?
