  Am i locked in for the premium for a whole year or can I cancel if its not what I am looking for?

  All plans are billed yearly. I don’t think there is a monthly option.

  After purchase, all plans have a 48-hour refund window for custom domain registrations and a 30-day refund period for everything else. https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/
