  3 Times i tried to pay by Paypal nothing happens.
  How d i pay by Paypal please.
  Confusing me at th start itself.
  Please advise

  Did you receive an error while trying to purchase the plan? If so, please let us know what that message was.

  Hi there,

  As @justjennifer mentioned, did you receive any error messages when you attempted to upgrade to premium? We usually get PayPal messages on our end if a user has issues paying, but I do not see anything under the account you are contacting us from.

  Hi, As I mentioned already I tried over 3 times and it says directing to Paypal and remains over couple minutes. Very confusing
  Any way by paying I realised nothing much of a advantage as there is no provision for Plugins. That disappoints.

  Why so silence. How am I going to go forward with my WP site without your help
  Advise how to upgrade, monetise and have some additional Plugins to promote my site and get traffic.
  PayPal did not connect is there is a bug in the system?

  Hello again, as Staff mentioned – are you writing from the same account that tried to purchase the upgrade? Does the connection to PayPal fail/time-out in your browser? Is there an error message? If so, what is that message?

  If you are not logged in with the account that tried to purchase the plan, please log out of this account and then log back in with that other account.

  If you are logged in with the account that tried to purchase the plan, have you tried to make the purchase using a different browser to the one you usually use?

  Be aware that only the Business plan upgrade gives you the ability to install 3rd party plugins on your WordPressdotcom, but there are other ways that you can monetize your WordPressdotcom site. Please see our support guides:
