Upgrade to premium

I have upgraded to premium, but each time I log in I am asked to upgrade. It bothers me. Also, like I said earlier in my question on the forum, WordPress is all about Blogging. But what I was hoping for was a design or template/Theme for an Association with wider membership with an online membership registration form.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi –

The upgrade must be connected to a different user account. This account has never been upgraded.

Try signing in with the email address where your receipt was delivered.

Please, could you answer my other question?

  • Hi there,

All a theme does is control how your site looks. Changing how it works, like adding a membership registration form, requires changing the software that runs your site. On WordPress sites this is done through something called plugins, and using plugins on WordPress.com requires the Business Plan upgrade. We recommend the WooCommerce Memberships plugin.

Note this is specifically for a membership site, where access to the site or to certain content on the site is restricted to members only.

If you instead mean you just want a signup form for people to register, i.e. provide their information so it can be captured in a database for the association, then you can use a regular contact form available on all WordPress.com sites.
