Upgrade to Premium – after renewing 3 days ago

  Hello. On Jan 6, I recently renewed my account ($18 for year, plus $30 for no ads). I am now interested in upgrading to Premium, as I did not know that I could not embed video on my site without it. Is there a way for me to pay the $99 using the $48 (or a pro-rated share, at least) that I just paid 3 days ago? I recognize that refunds are only offered within 48 hours, but I am not asking for that. Could you help with this? Thank you!

  Hi there,

  Yes! So what I did is provided you 48 free credits in USD for the amount you already paid. Now you can go to Store and purchase WordPress.com Premium which will take into account the credits you already have.

  Once you have purchased it, please reply back in this thread so that I can bundle your domain in and remove No Ads as it’s already in Premium! This will just make it easier to upgrade in the following years.
