Upgrade to Premium and Plugins Don't Work

I just upgraded to a Premium plan yesterday, excited because I expected to be able to use plugins finally. After upgrading, I find that there appear to be virtually no changes to my capabilities either in my admin or dashboard areas, aside from new CSS capabilities in the customizer.

From my dashboard, I go to Plugins, and find the same screen that I had before the upgrade; a prompt to add a store to my site and to upgrade. There is absolutely no option to add or view any existing plugins whatsoever.

I was under the impression that once I upgraded I would not only have access to plugins, but would also have the option of emailing WordPress support directly. They must hide the method for doing this extremely well, because I have searched high and low and cannot even find where to actually contact a real human being.

I am really starting to wonder what all the fuss is about with WordPress. People act like it’s a user-friendly gift from the blog gods. ..so far I’m not impressed and am very close to getting a refund and switching blogging platforms

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
