Upgrade to Premium but Already Paid for Domain

So I just decided to pay for a domain name for my music blog, proglodytes.com. I’ve had it for a couple weeks now.
However, I also want to start a podcast, and I was just reading that this is pretty easy if you have Premium (you can put audio right into posts).
Since domains are included in the cost of Premium, is there a way to upgrade to Premium and deduct what I’ve already paid for a domain name?
