Upgrade to present site with domain name change

  I would like to keep my present blog content and followers intact when I upgrade but I would also like to register a new domain name at the same time. Is this possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi @ladypbwiggins, absolutely. When you add a custom domain, it’s added to your existing site. So the site will exist as is, just with a new name attached. And, if you were to decide against using a custom domain at some point, your site could go back to its free address.

  Note the Blogger plan only allows a .blog domain that’s registered here with us. The other paid plans are more flexible.

  After you pick a plan, you can add a domain as you’d like. Let us know if you need help!
