  Got following message from my Sitelock security service and don’t know what it means or how to accomplish it, please advise:
  Lack of support implies that no new security patches for the product will be released by the vendor. As a result, it is likely to contain security vulnerabilities.

  Note that any new patches for previous versions are unofficial and are not guaranteed to be continued in the future.

  Solution: Upgrade to a version of WordPress that is currently supported.

  Ignore that. Staff do all wordpress version upgrades. We bloggers do nothing at all. WordPress.COM is on continual rollout so our updates are running for at least a month before they are made available to wordpress.ORG users.
