Upgrade to which Plan?

I need some help, because I am new. I have majalahkuark.com domain (from kuark.wordpress.com). If I have a domain such as this, can I get into my cpanel? Can I have access to additional widgets? Can I apply for WordAds (how do I know I dualify or not). Thank you.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It seems your Custom Domain is already mapped to your WordPress.com website.
can I get into my cpanel?
We don’t use cpanel on WordPress.com websites. Can you explain a little more what you mean?
Can I have access to additional widgets?
No, all WordPress.com users have access to the same widgets
Can I apply for WordAds (how do I know I dualify or not).
Having a Custom Domain is the first step, but there are a number of factors involved like how much traffic you receive. You can learn more in the WordAds FAQ here https://wordads.co/ and then apply directly on that site.

Thanks justjennifer
1. cpanel and widget: the reason of asking this is my curiosity to insert new plugins. I have read somewhere one of the ways is to get into cpanel (I think they mentioned abt self-hosted or local-hosted web: what is mine ? ) in order to do so.
2. Plugin: in my admin page (sidebar), sometimes the plugin tab is seen, sometimes not. When seen, I click it, but it is empty, the page shows an avertising encouragement for an upgrade (shopify, and something else).
Do I have to upgrade it (premium plan) so I can have the plugins?
3. Wordads: traffic issue noted. When the traffic is there, do i have to remove wordpress ads first (ad removal plan), before I can apply for wordads ? Or just right away removed, once I qualify for wordads?Thank you very much

Your above site at majalahkuark.com is hosted by/on WordPress.com
You won’t see a plugin tab in your Dashboard here because we cannot install additional 3rd party plugins on WordPress.com nor can we add more widgets than those already found in Appearance>Widgets No upgrade here will change that (other than the Enterprise or VIP tiers, which cost hundreds/thousands of dollars a month).
You do not have access to Cpanel on WordPress.com. “I think they mentioned,” where? It sounds to me like you’ve been watching videos or reading tutorials that refer to the standalone WordPress software. They are not really relevant for sites hosted on WordPress.com
WordAds is a program available only to sites hosted on WordPress.com. Any further question concerning WordAds should be directed to https://wordads.co/contact/
Before you go any further, I would suggest that you read this Support doc on the differences between the standalone WordPress software and WordPress.com https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Best wishes
