upgrade transferred to wrong site
-
I have created two wordpress sites for two small business. I created both using my wordpress account – nuwms.wordpress.com. The first – amicusgroupinc.wordpress.com was transferred to amicus in Nov 2012 (amicus.org.au). The second was transferred to tallulah.net.au about 2 weeks ago. The amicus upgrade has gone to the tallulah account and cannot be transferred to amicus. Amicus is up for renewal in 15 days. How do I remove the upgrade from tallulah and and renew the amicus upgrade without breaking the amicus website?
Many thanks,
WendyThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi Wendy,
I can move the WordPress.com Premium upgrade for amicus.org.au from your other WordPress.com account to this one for you. That way, you can renew it from this account.
However, I’ll need the WordPress.com user that currently own this Premium upgrade to confirm that it should be transferred to your amicuswebsite account. To do that, you can log in to your other WordPress.com account and post in this support forum thread to confirm your request. Then I can move the upgrade to this account for you.
Please let me know if you have any questions! :)

So grateful thank you Rachel. I’m assuming that
1. Once it is transferred I can simply log into amicus and renew the upgrade?
2. Tallulah will no longer have the amicus upgrade in their store > my upgrades list / history?I messed it up good!
Thanks again,

I give my approval for the Amicus upgrade to be transferred back to Amicus.

Hi Wendy,
I transferred it back to your amicuswebsite account, so yes, you can just log in to that account and renew WordPress.com Premium from Store > My Upgrades in your site’s dashboard. :)
The upgrade for the Amicus site shouldn’t appear at all in connection to the Tallulah site or account. If you have any other questions or concerns about it, let me know!
