upgrade unavailable?

  i want to upgrade to premium but get the message: upgrade unavailable

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  i have 2 upgrades ending nov 16, but want to change to premium upgrade and it says “unavailable”

  Hi there,

  Since you already have 2 of the upgrades included in WordPress.com Premium, our system doesn’t have a way to automatically add it to your account. If I remove one of the upgrades you currently have, you’ll see the option to upgrade to WordPress.com Premium in the Store in your dashboard.

  If you’d like, I can temporarily remove your 10GB space upgrade for you. (That won’t remove anything you uploaded to your media library already, and the space upgrade will come back once you upgrade to Premium.) Then, you’ll be able to go to the Store in your dashboard and buy WordPress.com Premium, which will also automatically renew your custom domain.

  If you’d like to go ahead with that, just let me know! :)

  thank you very much, that will settle it. so would you be so kind and temporarily remove my upgrade. thanks a lot!

  Ok, I just temporarily removed your space upgrade. Now, you’ll see the option to upgrade to WordPress.com Premium when you go to the Store in your dashboard.
