"Upgrade unavailable" – help!

  I currently have 2 upgrades on my blog: a custom domain name and No Ads. Both are set to expire this month. Instead of renewing each of these individually, I want to upgrade to Premium, which includes both these features. I’d like to do it today, to take advantage of the Black Friday deal. But when I try to Premium in the WordPress.com store, it says “upgrade unavailable” for the site I want — fatalityreview.wordpress.com.
