"Upgrade unavailable": Why can't I purchase an upgrade?

    I am interested in purchasing either the No Ads Upgrade or possibly the Premium Bundle. When I select the Upgrade Now button, a drop-down menu appears which lists two of my other, unrelated blogs. However, for my primary blog and the one I wish to upgrade, instead of listing its name for me to select, the drop-down shows “Upgrade unavailable”. Please advise. Thank you!
