upgrade vs premium

    a paying customer should not have to wait for responses in this form. i want too speak with someone for instant information. NOT waste my time perusing thousands of DIY, FAQ, other blog Q&A or articles.

    I know one has annual fees the other does not, blah blah blah… Yes we have a plethora of options for blogging sites (which you affirm in your statement to customers) yet you reaffirm subtracting the human (customer) element in your business model as preferable to impersonal digital communications.

    Technical support via this method is one thing… purchasing is quite another.
