upgrade wordpress to 4.7.1 Warning: array_merge(): Argument #2 is not an array in wp-includes/widget

  I, i upgrade wordpress to the last version and appear the Warning: array_merge(): Argument #2 is not an array in wp-includes/widgets.php on line 541

  Is a problem of the php version or php setting?
  Can be was a problem of the plugin i use?

  I hope you can help me for remove the warning.

  Sorry but you are in the wrong place. These forums are only for blogs/sites hosted by WordPress.com

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and different http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  And you should ask in the WordPress.org forums.

  If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you’ll need to register one there.
