Upgrade: wordpress.com to .org

  I’m helping a friend with her website which she upgraded yesterday from Name.wordpress.com to Name.org (using Domain Mapping and buying the $13 upgrade), however, I can’t access the dashboard of the new website, but I still have access to the old one.

  The full drop-down menu appears below the new .org site’s name (on the black menu bar) – but I can’t use any of the options.

  Should she send me a new invite to the new .org website in order to amend it? Also, why is the previous .com one still visible and usable?
