Upgrade wp version error

    I just installed my wordpress site. http://www.neosoma.se
    I get this error when I am trying to upgrade:

    Laddar ner uppdatering från http://wordpress.org/wordpress-3.5.1-partial-0.zip…

    Packar upp uppdatering…

    Paketet kunde inte installeras.: PCLZIP_ERR_MISSING_FILE (-4) : Missing archive file ‘C:WINDOWSTEMP/wordpress-3.tmp’

    Installationen misslyckades = Istalation faild

    Plus I have another error too, I can not add any pages to my site. I have the startpage and when I am puting new pages to the meny it can not find the pages when I push the meny button.
