upgraded and wondering about a pro-rated refund or credit towards new theme?

    Hi.
    I just upgraded my blog to Simfro. Do I get a refund for the amount I spent on my premium theme (and used but now it’s no longer supported so I upgraded).

    Howdy Megan,

    I see that you had Vigilance, which is a free theme. You had a Custom Design upgrade for a couple of years, but in June upgraded to our complete Premium Bundle at a discount for already having the Custom Design previously. Currently, you have the Simfo premium theme and the WordPress.com Premium Bundle (that include No Ads, Custom Design, VideoPress, and additional space).

    If we might have something incorrect in our records, please let me know and we can look into it together.
