upgraded but . . .

    Im helping a site owner, its been upgraded to personal so that it can be registered with Google search engines but there are still errors on the DNS getting the error signature invalid, is there a reason for this? Too early? upgraded to person less than 24hrs ago
    Also I am still unable to install any free plugins? Is there a reason for this also?
    if its an account then the owner would wish to cancel as its related to community interest charity not a business and they do not have the funds
    I’d be grateful for any information on a way to progress
