upgraded error

  • Unknown's avatar

Hello, I just upgraded my WordPress to 2.0, and also registered myself here to get that API stuff for that plug-in. Now, is there any way I can redirect this blog here to my self-hosted blog? Thanks

Now about that bug, every time I try to publish a new article or save an edited version. I get this error:
Thanks all for your help and see you around…

  • Howdy –

Thanks for writing to us. Please share your site URL so that I can confirm what I share next is appropriate for your setup.

It sounds like the site is built on the stand alone WordPress installation. That’s different from using our managed hosting environment here at WordPress.com. When using that version of WordPress you can use the community forums at https://wordpress.org/supportforums/ or contact your hosting provider for more help.

When using our managed services the updates, security, spam, seo, mobile optimization and so forth are all handled by our team of experts. This allows you to really focus on the content part of the project, and let us take care of the rest.

It sounds like a managed setup might be a better fit for you and the project. We can answer any questions you have about moving the site to us. As it is now we can’t provide any help because it’s not using our service.

Our hosting plans can be paid for by the month, or by the year. The yearly option offers a good savings. It is refundable for 30 days. It can be upgraded or downgraded at any time to meet the needs of the project and the budget. Check them out on https://wordpress.com/pricing/ And let me know if you have any questions about that information.
