Upgraded personal plan to business plan then changed mind.

    When I’ve requested cancellation of my upgrade to business plan, I noticed that it cancelled my personal plan to which I’ve already paid and will not get refunded.

    When I’ve requested cancellation of my upgrade to business plan, I noticed that it cancelled my personal plan to which I’ve already paid and will not get refunded.

    Yes, when you upgraded it changed your plan from Personal to Business plan. Therefore, when you canceled the Business plan, you didn’t have the Personal plan anymore. And you also won’t be able to downgrade to a lower tiered plan. 

    I checked and see that you are still paid for the Personal plan, so I was able to restore it. Your Personal plan is now good till June 2024.
