Upgraded plan but not reflected in account

  I have upgraded my account to Premium but dashboard still says I’m on a FREE plan. Please let me know if the upgrade is effective.

  Hi there!

  There are no paid subscriptions under your account, could it be that you accessed a wrong account? What is the address of the site you upgraded?
