Upgraded site and then deleted it. Need refund.

I registered my site then upgraded it in order to map a different domain onto it. Then I noticed there were two sites attached to my name. I meant to delete the basic site but accidentally deleted the upgraded one. How do I get a refund?

It actually looks like you’ve still got the upgraded site up and running. You can access it by going to:
filmbulousdotcom.wordpress.com or filmbulous.com
If you’d still like to cancel your bundle and receive a refund, you can as long as it’s within 30 days of purchase.
Please go to the Store -> My Upgrades section of your dashboard, where you’ll find the Bundle in the list of your upgrades, along with a “Cancel” button.

Ok I’ve got another issue.
I’ve mapped Filmbulous.wordpress.com to Filmbulous.com (through Network Solutions), but when I try to go to Filmbulous.com I get the message filmbulousdotcom.wordpress.com is no longer available. Dotcom was part of the original upgraded package that is now canceled. Do you know why it is still showing up?

I’m so sorry about that! Our system was being upgraded yesterday and it was taking a while for updates to display. It turns out you did delete that site.
Normally deletions are permanent, however because everything was being updated, I was able to retrieve it for you. It’s all back up and running now!
