Upgraded to custom design: Not working
-
I upgraded to custom design so I can use the choice of fonts and CSS. I go to change the header fonts and the body text and it doesn’t even work. It said it would take a few minutes to show on the blog, well it has been 24hrs. What exactly did I pay for?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Font and CSS changes should be working. I’ve seen it working on several blogs I’ve worked on throughout the week, including today.
I checked http://soyouregettingmarried.com/ and I see custom fonts working. Here is an example showing the Raleway font working for your post titles: http://cl.ly/Efz4
Can you please try clearing your browser cache and cookies and let me know if that fixes the problem for you?

@designsimply
This is a Chrome issue. I used both Firefox 10.0.2 and IE8 and I can see the customized fonts on the blog in both browers. -
Gah,
Ok I am not the most technologically minded. But I can view the new fonts on my phone and on a gaming laptop. One using safari the other IE9. However on this computer in IE9 it looks the same still?

Hello,
Upgraded to custom edit/CSS for my blog. Everything was working great and I was steadily working through the final details when, as I applied my new css code to my sidebar and did a preview my whole blog reverted back to the original look (except for my background). All my codes are proper and in my window but none of those changes are registering. I really don’t know what’s going on and need some desperate help, PLEASE
Thanks in advance for your time

@artcorp1
Please note that all CSS editing is theme specific. soyouregettingmarried created this thread to get CSS editing help with her Twenty Eleven theme blog and you are using Parament theme on the blog linked to your username. To prevent the confusionb that arises from off-topic posting please create your own thread in the CSS Forum by using this link https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/css-customization#postformAlso note that Staff will not be available to assist you until March 6th.

I tested again, and custom fonts work for me at http://soyouregettingmarried.com/ when checking from Chrome 17.
@soyouregettingmarried, what you described sounds like either a local browser settings issue or a local computer settings issue. Would it be possible for you to try testing from the first computer using a browser other than IE9? If it works, then the issue is in the IE9 browser settings. If the fonts don’t work for you from any browser on the first computer, then there could be some kind of filtering software like firewall or anti-virus software that is blocking the scripts needed to load the fonts.

@artcorp1, did you know that CSS revisions are listed in the bottom right of the Appearance → Custom Design → CSS page? So even if you mistakenly overwrote some CSS (if that’s what happened), then you should be able to find the last revision pretty easily.
If you’re still having trouble, could you please create a new thread as timethief suggested? https://en.forums.wordpress.com/forum/css-customization#postform
