Upgraded to from basic to premium account

  I own two domains hosted by WordPress.com – chicvic.com and awayweroam.com. I renewed my basic plan for chicvic.com in December. I just decided to upgrade to premium today.

  Since I already own both of my domains prior to upgrading to premium, and the premium plan includes a free domain, will I:
  a) receive a credit for having paid for domain renewal of chicvic.com in December for basic plan; or
  b) have the chance to create a third domain free; or
  c) not have to pay the basic renewal fee for awayweroam.com in March this year because I already upgraded to premium plan today

  This premium plan upgrade to my account applies to both my sites, correct?

  Please advise!! I’m quite confused.
