Upgraded to Premium, but can't update domain. Help!

  I just upgraded my blog (chicscribe.com) to Premium, but I also needed to renew my domain, as it has just expired. I was able to upgrade with a credit card, but WP won’t allow me to renew my domain. I got a message that the card I had just used to upgrade was declined when I tried to renew domain. Do I even need to renew my domain if I spent $99 on an upgrade?
