Upgraded to Premium but I still can’t monetise?

    I’ve upgraded to Premium, spent the last of money (which was a LOT) to upgrade so I could try monetise the site so I can use that money to reinvest back into my blog with rewards, podcasts and other such fun.

    But now I’ve done that, when I try to do anything it either says my site isn’t family friendly (I’ve overhauled the site and it’s family friendly), or when I want to use a plug in I have to upgrade to business. I can’t afford to do that! Why can’t I monetise the site?

    I’m really disappointed right now as I feel I’ve spent a lot of money to invest into my blog and gave it a complete overhaul but now it seems it’s not enough. Can someone explain to me, please what’s going on and why I would need to spend yet more money? I can’t afford it, hence the reason for wanting to monetise the site in the first place!
