  I’ve upgraded to premium, but still have ads displayed on my blog. How do I get rid of these?

  I’m not seeing ads on your site. Can you take a screenshot of one of the ads and upload that to your Media Library so I can take a look?

  Those ads are not placed on your site by WordPress.com. They are being placed there by software on your own computer. Notice the text below that says “Ads by CouponDropDown”? These ads are sometimes caused by malware or a virus, but more often it is due to a browser extension or toolbar that you may have installed in your browser.
