Upgraded to Premium…but…
-
I signed up two days ago and upgraded to Premium when I signed up. But, whenever I sign on, I’m still being asked to upgrade to Premium.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello there! I do see your purchase of the Premium upgrade. It’s live and ready to be used on your site. The only notification you should be seeing is in your Dashboard. It should read, “A free domain was included in the purchase of your WordPress.com bundle. Get that domain for your site now!”
Please clear your browser’s cache and cookies, refresh your Dashboard, and see if the message still appears.
Information about clearing your cache, if you need:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cacheIf you are seeing the message, please let me know.
Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks very much.

Thank you for your quick and helpful response. I cleared the browser’s cache and cookies and refreshed the Dashboard and no longer see any prompts to upgrade to premium. Unfortunately, there is no message saying: “A free domain was included in the purchase of your WordPress.com bundle. Get that domain for your site now!”
Do I have to wait for the network’s cache to catch up, or is this a different problem now? -
Hi there,
Great! I’m glad the Premium bundle message isn’t appearing any longer. You should be able to register a new domain for free regardless of whether you see the message by following the instructions here:
Can you give that a try and let me know if you’re prompted to pay anything extra?
