Upgraded to Pro Plan, lost all admin rights

    Hey folks,

    .com member: yes
    pro plan: yes

    I am the sole admin, and there are only 2 logins to the site in total. I’ve checked the older login: Unrealskies, but it too has no admin rights.

    I raised this through support, but haven’t heard anything back in a good while.

    Basically I’ve only just upgraded to Pro, and very shortly after lost admin permissions in the dashboard. My credentials still log in fine through the wp-admin page, but if I try to look at users, or plugins etc, I get a “you don’t have permission” message or similar.

    It’s also disconnected my social media accounts, and of course I can’t reconnect them without admin rights.

    I’m pursuing this through forums, as well as the ticket forwarded by a happiness engineer as we’re at a critical time in the year for my operations, and a swift fix is very necessary.

    I will also add that when I try to move to “Users” or similar, the dashboard changes, removing most options from the left toolbar, and leaving a flashing “loading my sites” icon in the top left.

    I checked your account, and you’re still the administrator and owner of the site. The only other user on the account is also an admin. I am wondering if there is some sort of plugin conflict that is causing this issue for you.

    I was finally able to live chat about 45 minutes ago and things are now fine. Apparently something very, very unusual had gone wrong with my Jetpack!
