Upgraded to The Style and now tags inside document

  I upgraded to the theme The Style and I like it but it is including my tags within the written post instead of outside of the post. I don’t want people seeing this when they read the article. Is there a way of turning this off. I’ve looked everywhere and can’t find out how they ended up in there as they weren’t in twenty eleven and I can’t seem to figure out how to remove them.
