Upgraded to Video & Music but can't either get to work!

    I have upgraded to video and music upgrade and still cannot get a link to http://www.showitfast.com to work (this is a professional slideshow presentation purchase). Showit can be linked to any domain website so I assumed it should work with my wordpress website? I desperately need this to work or I will have to drop this site.
