Upgraded to WP 3.7 today and now receive 500 Internal server error

We upgraded jovenesadelante.org to WP 3.7 from 3.6.1 today and now we receive the ” Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.” message.
Any suggestions?
