Upgraded wordpress lost content on site

  When I upgraded WordPress, I lost all the content from my site. I did as it said and saved first but I don’t know how to put this content back on my site!!

  Also I have two wordpress blogs…..www.lifeofngaire.com and http://www.ngairestephenson.com and I would like to put them under the same log in/username….how can I do this??!!
