Upgraded wrong account

I wanted to set up a personal WordPress Account and pay for Premium level. However, rather than using the new account I wanted to set up under my personal email ( (email visible only to moderators and staff) ) it upgraded my work WP account ( (email visible only to moderators and staff) . I need to either cancel the charge and start over or somehow have the payment apply to my personal WP account.

1. What is the domain URL?
2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
4. When was the upgrade purchased?
5. Which site do you want the domain transferred to?
