  You can add affiliate links to your WordPress.com site. However, the code you use for adding affiliate links should be listed under the allowed HTML tags mentioned here: https://wordpress.com/support/code/

  If you wish to use Amazon.com Affiliate Links, you can follow the steps mentioned here: https://wordpress.com/support/adding-amazon-com-affiliate-links-to-your-wordpress-com-site/

  Both options doesn’t have any plan restrictions. If these don’t fit your needs, you will need to get the business plan or above.
