Upgrade/Renewal

  I have received notices about my domain about to expire. I want to renew online. To renew I’m being taken to an “Upgrade” page and told to pay $26. I’m also notified that my subscription will be automatically renewed on 12.20.2012.

  What am I renewing?
  What is an upgrade?
  Am I enrolled in automatic renewals?

  Hi there,

  The private domain registration and mapping come to $26 in total – and these are not set for auto-renew. They’re set to expire January 1. So you will want to manually renew those if you’d like to keep that domain and the mapping to your blog.

  I’m not sure what subscription is automatically renewing on Dec 20 – I don’t see anything in your transactions. Did you receive an email about this? Could you take a screenshot of it?

  Does that help to clear up some of the confusion?
