Upgrades

After canceling the Business plan, cannot upgrade to Personal plan. The error message is ‘This plan is not compatible with this site.’ I have uninstalled a plug-ins and still the same issue. Unable to contact Support as it requires a paid plan to do so to roll back settings so the upgrade can be done. Any advice appreciated.
