  I cannot upgrade my blog to the $99 bundle. I have domain mapping (expires 12 January 2014) and No Ads (expires 1 June 2013). I am not expecting a credit for the remaining time on these two items; I would simply like to convert to the $99 bundle starting now. Many thanks for your advice.
