  Ich habe einen Upgrade am 6.10 bezahlt (99 Euro) aber es erscheint immer, dass ich die kostenlose Version benutze…???

  I checked your account and do not see an upgrade under it. Are you contacting us from the account that you used to purchase the upgrade?

  If so, did you receive any error notifications as you were attempting the purchase?

  If you are not contacting us from the account associated with the purchase, can you please post in here using that account to confirm ownership?
