  If I upgrade to a personal plan am I then able to further upgrade to a premium or business if I need to?

  Yes, you can upgrade whenever you want to.

  Hi there,

  You can upgrade to another plan at any time, and provided you’re not within two months of the current plan expiring, you’ll only pay the difference in cost between plans when you do that.

  You can also downgrade a plan if you want, but that has to be done by staff and we don’t offer pro-rated refunds for unused time on a plan.
