If you have two websites then you need to purchase plans for each site individually.
I mean two plans, one plan for only one site.The plans here at WordPress.com are sold for an individual site, you can’t host multiple sites with a single plan.
Yes, each site supports multiple domains but not a plan, If the site is separate then you need to upgrade your site with a plan.

Whenever you upgrade your site with a WordPress.com plan each plan comes with a free domain credit which you can either use to register a domain for free or Map a domain you already own.
