Upgrades: Is the fee per user pa, or per blog pa?

Do upgrades apply to all of my wordpress blogs, or can I only apply an upgrade to one blog for the price (i.e. if I upgrade to the value bundle, would that allow me to run video and stream podcasts from all my blogs)?

All upgrades can be individually pruchased. Bundles canot be split up and appiled to more than one blog.
Each upgrade applies to only one blog and is for only one year, when it will expire unless it’s renewed. The only exception is for premium themes, which are for one blog only and the life of the blog ie. it’s a one time payment.
