Upgrades tab missing from Dashboard

    Trying to setup a new email user and the Upgrades tab is not displaying on the Dashboard. I have an Admin role on the WP site. How can I get this to display please? Thank you all.

    Hi there –

    Looking at that site I can see it’s hosted on GoDaddy. It’s not using our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com.

    For help, I would contact them first. Otherwise, there’s a volunteer network available for folks who run their own WordPress installations, which is how you’re set up. That is available at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
